Differential Time Domain Reflectometer DTDR-800

The Sequid DTDR-800 is optimized for a very stable operation and therefore suitable for laboratory and industrial environments. Due to sophisticated time base generation techniques in combination with proprietary correction algorithms the DTDR-800 features an excellent vertical and horizontal stability. In addition, the DTDR-800 ensures this stability over a wide temperature range without the need for recurring calibrations, making it the ideal choice for quality assurance, industrial applications and in automated test environments.

Differential & Single-Ended Impedance

Common-Mode Impedance

Common-mode impedance is an essential parameter in the design of electronic systems. It is important to take care of it with respect to signal integrity (SI), EMC compliance and noise rejection, making circuits more reliable and resistant to interference.

Return Loss (RL) — the S-Parameter S₁₁

Measure the single-ended or differential return loss S₁₁ of cables and connectors in the frequency range up to 1GHz. The differential return loss (mixed-mode parameter SDD) is determined here with a true differential measurement signal.

Return & Insertion Loss (RL/IL) — the S-Parameters S₁₁, S₂₁, S₁₂, S₂₂

The 2x2 scattering matrix [S] characterizes how signals are transmitted and reflected in a 2-port network, being extremely useful for analyzing cables and connectors.

Mixed-Mode S-Parameter

Mixed-mode S-parameters describe the behavior of differential and common-mode signals, essential in high-speed digital and automotive cable testing.

Series Measurement for Quality Testing
